Pipe Rack (DIY Rack)

The pipe racking system, another title as DIY Rack sometimes, is designed to handle tubulars (primarily pipe and connectors with other metal accessorieses) between the racked or setback position and the well center, it could be assembled into too many special and actual structures according to your created need, such as all kinds of storage carts, material racks with different size. It is a newly eco-friendly material, would be used to workroom and warehouse in household appliances, automobile, light industry areas, especially assemblage and machine tools etc as the storage racks for all kinds of parts and raw material

The pipe racking system is mainly composed with Pipe and Metal Connectors with other accessorieses, its details are as below:
1). Dia.28mm of the Pipe Racking, consturcted with Plated cladding material in high temperature of PVC, PE, PV & ABS, surface treatment electroplated ) and Steel tube;
A. There are following specification for thickness of pipe wall: 2.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.0mm, 0.8mm, 0.7mm.

PVC: High intensity, durable for the environment, with antiaging speciality
PE: more inexpensive, case-soft
ABS: Innocuous, Nice in intensity & flexility, with antiaging speciality
